Jagdeep Dahiya has over 2 decades of progressive experience in a wide variety of roles. He was the Director of Australia-PNG Economics Partnership (APEP), with strong focus on women empowerment, climate change and public diplomacy. He was also the Country Lead and Technical Specialist in UNCDF, being part of various UN Joint Programs with sister UN agencies and active member of the UN Country Team as Co-Chair of 'Prosperity' Priority Working Group. Jagdeep established UNCDF PNG Country Program, raising more than US$ 8mn in funds and 10-person strong team, delivering innovative projects in inclusive finance, entrepreneurship, Agri and climate finance benefitting over 150,000 people & developing the eco-system. He has hands on experience in designing, fund raising and implementing projects using innovation and digitization towards achievement of SGDs.

Joanne Gallop is an experienced Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience in executive support roles. She has developed strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills that enables her to deliver exceptional support. She is passionate about advancing the profession and recognition of administrative professionals.

She is the Assistant to Directors - Development and Growth & People, Culture and Capability in Selwyn District Council. Prior to that, Joanne as the Executive Assistant in Apollo Projects, EA to Chief Executive in Christchurch City Council, EA in IHC New Zealand and have held many more EA/PA positions.

Mona M Amid is a behavior analyst, emotional intelligence expert, and leadership coach dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through the science of human behavior. With over two decades of experience in training, coaching, and education, she specializes in helping professionals develop emotional intelligence (EI) as a core leadership skill.
